• You must own or have permission to use any content (text, images, audio, etc.) provided to us for animation.
• You shall not use our services for unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in project proposals or invoices.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payments must be made before the final delivery of completed work.

5. Revisions and Approval

• We provide a specified number of free revisions as agreed upon in the project scope.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
• Client approval of final deliverables is required before the completion of the project.

6. Intellectual Property

• MotionBees retains ownership of all project files and drafts until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the final animation files will be transferred to the client, along with usage rights as specified in the agreement.

7. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
• If a project is canceled before significant work has been done, a partial refund may be considered.

8. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will not disclose any proprietary information shared during the project.
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project details.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MotionBees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms.
• Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

MotionBees reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
